" Luna "
Luna was originally registered as an Aussie, but I switched her to an AKC Mini.
Luna was one of the last of Wizard's kids who were eligible for the switch.
Her mom's bloodlines go back to a lot of old time ( foundation ) working and
stock dog Australian Shepherds, which I've found blend well in my program.
Luna's litter sister ( owned by Moonbaby ) produced several AKC Champions
and two of those were AKC Grand Champions at just barely 7 months of age.
Her other sister ( Quinn ), before the age of 4 years obtained these AKC titles :
FDC, NA, NAJ, CA, DCAT, CGCA, TKP, DS, RATO ( Agility, Barn Hunt, Dock Diving, Coursing, Trick Dog, Farm Dog, Good Citizen Advanced ). Excellent team work !
Luna was NOT born at my house - she was my stud fee puppy and part of a
collaborative co-breeding effort. THANK you Lacey for your work with the litter
and for helping get baby Luna to us. I enjoyed your visits and hosting Luna's mama when she came to visit Wizard : )
Luna was born in October 2014 and her first litter arrived October 2018. Her
pups are sired by Kirk so we are expecting some performance prospects from
this cross. Luna was doing really well in her training before I had to take a
break because of family illnesses. I hope to resume her training in 2019.
